Moni Choudhury 

Moni Choudhury is currently a researcher at University of Edinburgh. Previously , she was an analyst in the Science Policy and Research team at the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), UK with a particular focus on exploring the impact of NICE research recommendations (identification, prioritisation, return of new evidence generated). Moni facilitates the internal (NICE committees) and external (research funders and researchers) relations in promoting and prioritising important NICE research recommendations. Main funding engagements include: the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Health Technology Assessment - HTA; Health Services and Delivery Research - HS&DR, and Public Health Research (PHR) programmes, NIHR School for Public Health Research; the Medical Research Council plus the UK Prevention Research Partnership.

Roberto D'Amico

Roberto D Amico, with a degree in statistics from ‘La Sapienza’ University Rome, postgraduate course in pharmacology and a PhD in Public Health, is an associate professor in Biostatistics at University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and the director of the Italian Cochrane Centre. He is a member of the Ethics Committee at ‘Ospedale Maggiore’ in Bologna and also for the commission overseeing the clinical experimentation in the Department of Oncology and Haematology at the Policlinic of Modena. His areas of professional expertise include: a) methodology of clinical research and epidemiology; b) methodology of systematic reviews and meta-analysis of efficacy and diagnostic accuracy studies; c) analysis of the quality and reliability of medical literature; d) evaluation of the performances of models; e) evaluation of the quality and reliability of the results from non-randomized studies. Postgraduate course in pharmacology and a PhD in Public Health, is an associate professor in Biostatistics at University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and the director of the Italian Cochrane Centre. He is a member of the Ethics Committee at ‘Ospedale Maggiore’ in Bologna and also for the commission overseeing the clinical experimentation in the Department of Oncology and Haematology at the Policlinic of Modena. Prashanti Eachempati                                                 

Prashanti Eachempati is a Dental Surgeon specialized in the field of Prosthodontics from College of Dental Sciences, Davangere, India. She has done her master’s in Health Professions Education from University of Glasgow and is a fellow of the prestigious FAIMER Regional Institute, GSMC, Mumbai India. She is currently working as Deputy Dean at Faculty of Dentistry, Manipal University College Malaysia. She is also the Head Prosthodontics department, Coordinator of Research, and elective projects at her university. She is a member and trainer at Cochrane Malaysia network. She is also pursuing her PhD at the University of Plymouth and is working on engaging multi-ethnolinguistic groups of people to explore how they perceive and respond to uncertainties in oral health decisions. Her research interests include systematic reviews, participatory research, discrete choice experiments, translation and cross-cultural adaptation of questionnaires, research priority setting, clinical trials pertaining to Prosthodontics and medical education.

Sumanth Kumbargere Nagraj                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

Sumanth Kumbargere Nagraj is a senior researcher with Magic Evidence Ecosystem Foundation, Norway. He previously worked as a Dental Surgeon specialised in the field of Oral Medicine and Oral Radiology from Bapuji Dental College and Hospital, Davangere, India. He has done his masters in Evidence-based Healthcare at UCL, London and is a fellow of the prestigious FAIMER Regional Institute, Christian Medical College, Ludhiana, India. He is currently working as an Adjunct Professor at Faculty of Dentistry, Manipal University College Malaysia and as an Honorary Research Fellow at UCL, London. He is one of the clinical editors of Cochrane Oral Health while also pursuing his PhD at the University of Plymouth. He is developing an equity-based model to include different ethnic groups in Malaysia in an oral health research priority setting. His research interests include systematic reviews, qualitative research, Adaptation and implementation of clinical practice guidelines, Cone beam computed tomography, research priority setting, oral diseases related to betel quid chewing and medical education.

Mona Nasser

Mona Nasser                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

Prof. Mona Nasser is a Professor of Clinical Epidemiology and Oral Health research at the University of Plymouth clinical epidemiologist.  She is a methodologist focusing on challenges of using systematic reviews with topics that use diverse study design (clinical, animal and in-vitro) and methodologies on setting priorities for research. In her wider work, she works on a series of interdisciplinary research projects including collaborating with robotics engineer and cybersecurity experts to find new technological solutions to make the dental practice more welcoming for individuals with different level of intellectual or physical abilities. 
She is the go-to champion for futurism community-driven solutions building. She is a member of the coordination team of the Space Ecologies Art Design (SEADS) network and founded and led the futurism collaboration – meta-futurism. She designs, facilitates, and supports virtual space exploration simulation mission studies and international workshops. Her focus is on unlocking collective intelligence to generating more diversified and inclusive futures- re-thinking and re-defining how life on other planets works and people's engagement with climate and environment can be re-defined. 
She has around 100 peer-reviewed publications, mostly research articles in journals including well-known journals like Lancet and BMJ and contributed to research grants around £3 million.  She is currently a visiting fellow for BIH/QUEST centre fellow and NIHR Oral and Dental Specialty Lead South West Peninsula Clinical Research Network. She is the lead and contact person for the dental academic clinical fellows at university of Plymouth. She co-founded and lead the Cochrane Priority Setting Methods group and is also on the founding steering group of the Evidence based Research Network.

Tarang Sharma                                                                                                                                                                                                   

Tarang Sharma has over two decades of experience as a public health researcher and global health advocate. She currently works for the World Health Organization Regional Office for Europe as a Technical Officer for the Novel Medicines Platform, working to support strategic cooperation between all stakeholders for improved access of medicines to patients and supporting health technology assessments for the Region. Prior to this, she worked for the Agenda, Policy & Strategy unit in the Immunization, Vaccines and Biologicals department at the WHO HQ in Geneva, supporting evidence to policy recommendations for COVID-19 vaccines and has previously worked for evidence to policy impact and health research mechanisms both at WHO HQ and WHO Europe as a senior consultant and a technical officer. She has worked for three different national governments, in USA (AMNH in New York City as a Research Associate), in UK (for NICE as a Senior Analyst) and in Denmark (for the Danish Medicines Council: Medicinrådet, as a Specialist Consultant). She has also worked for non-governmental agencies/ non-state actors with the Nordic Cochrane Centre (now referred to as Cochrane Denmark) in Denmark as well as part of the Cochrane Central Executive Team at their headquarters in London, UK and previously for Akanksha and Kutumb Foundations in India. She has worked as a health economist for the University of Sheffield in UK and for Novo Nordisk A/S in Denmark and on pre-clinical research as a Research Scientist for Ranbaxy laboratories Ltd (now bought by Sun Pharma) in India.

Seilin Uhm                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

Seilin Uhm is a Research Fellow at the Department of Psychiatry, School of Medicine, University of Southampton. She is currently involved in the Programme of Research for Alcohol Care Teams (ACTs): Implementation, Value and Effect (ProACTIVE) study. For her doctoral study at University College London (UCL), she investigated how stakeholders effectively communicated when advocating different perspectives in health research. Previously, she was an Assistant Professor at the School of Communications, Kookmin University, and has an interest in health inequalities and priority setting.

Ed Wilson

Edward Wilson 

Ed is a co-convenor of the Cochrane Agenda and Priority Setting Methods Group and of the Campbell and Cochrane Economics Methods Group.  His expertise is in decision analytic modelling, economic evaluation alongside clinical trials, and in particular in efficient research design using value of information analysis, a quantitative approach to estimating the return from investment in research and for setting research priorities. Ed is Associate Professor of Health Economics and Health Policy, working with the Peninsula Technology Assessment Group (PenTAG), one of 11 research units in the UK providing expert advice on the effects and costs of new drugs to the National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE).
